BATTERY HOLDERS AND ACCESSORIES:

These holders are designed to allow external access. The cover, moulded as part
of the box and with a flip-over type hinge, opens easily for battery change and
snaps securely shut.

Small Battery Holder:

The small housing accepts a PP3 9V battery and may easily be fitted by clipping
into either a panel or enclosure with a wall thickness of 1,5mm or 3mm. The
panel cutout size is 58mm by 24mm. Supplied with one PP3 battery lead.

Large Battery Holder:

The larger housing will accept 2 PP3 batteries and requires a panel cutout, size
45,25 square. In addition to being easily fitted to a panel thickness of 1,5mm
or 3mm and held in position by the clip-in type retention feature, there is also a
screw fitting facility using two M3 screws which allows other panel thicknesses
to be accommodated. Supplied with two PP3 battery leads.

AA Battery Cell – material Polypropylene:

This is a battery stack suitable for four AA size batteries. Interconnection may be
made from the stack to the equipment using a PP3 battery lead.

AA Battery Cell – material Polypropylene:

This is a battery stack suitable for two AA size batteries. Interconnection may be
made from the stack to the equipment using a PP3 battery lead.

AAA Battery Cell – material Polypropylene:

This is a battery stack suitable for four AA size batteries. Interconnection may be
made from the stack to the equipment using a PP3 battery lead.

PP3 Battery Leads:

These are already supplied with the battery holders, but additional leads are
available in packets of 10.

PCB MOUNTING ACCESSORIES:

Three types of PCB mounting accessories are available. They are attached to the
cases with high impact adhesive pads which are supplied with each kit. A matrix
is moulded into the shells of the Apollo and IBX cases to assist in positioning of
these pads, but they are suitable for use with any of our cases as long as they
are fixed on a clean flat surface.
