This Privacy Policy is to provide you with information on how we collect and process your personal data when you interact with us via our websites, through emails, telephone conversations or by other means. Vero Technologies Ltd. is B2B supplier who very occasionally might sell to individuals.

 2.       What are cookies?

Cookies are short pieces of data that are sent to your computer when you visit a website.

When you register using our web site, if you create an account using registration on our website web site we ask you for, but limited to, a Username, Password, Security Password, your name, telephone number, fax number, email address, company name.

You may also order products on-line without registering, in which case you supply us with information to enable us to contact you to discuss any options and also to ensure that billing and delivering details are correct.

We may also record some details of how you use the site, such as adverts you click on, products you search for, products you purchase, and information you download. If you accessed this site following a search on the internet, we may record the search you undertook and how it relates to your use of this site.

We may keep copies of information you submit when you send email feedback to the site, ask a technical question, or report a problem. If you contact Vero Technologies Ltd in writing we may keep a record of that correspondence. Vero Technologies also occasionally asks users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes.

  • Your information is collected through emails sent by you, data entered into the website by you and on a server located at our premises.
  • All data transmission is protected by suitable security software, which is monitored by Vero’s IT supplier.
  • Each employee has restricted access to company data, depending on their position and function. All accounts are password protected individually.
  • Server Backups are taken daily on a 3 mth cycle.
  • The server is located at our offices.
  • Vero’s website is data is encrypted using SSL

We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures to guard against unauthorised access to systems.

We restrict access to detailed personal information to key personnel only.

 8.       How we protect your information

Access to stored data and information you provide is password protected and access to passwords is limited. Firewall technology is used to prevent unauthorised access and servers are backed up daily, with archives stored in a secure location.

Broad support for this protocol promotes interoperability between products from many organisations. Vero Technologies Ltd is committed to supporting Payment Card Industry security standards and good security practices. As such, we use industry standard security practices and tools to ensure the security of your credit card information. We work with our authorising banks and business partners to ensure the security of our customer's information and are constantly reviewing our security position to ensure that it is aligned to PCI requirements

 9.       Retention of Payment Card details

We may retain your payment card details, strictly for the purposes of taking payment for any orders you place with us. We will also retain these details to expedite any future purchases you may make with us. We protect any card data we retain by revealing only the last four digits of the account number when confirming an order with you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural controls in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of any personally identifiable information we retain. We take our security obligations very seriously and we would also ask you take sensible measures to ensure that you protect your account details, including ID and password, to prevent them from being used in any unauthorised way. We would recommend that you log out of your account fully and take steps to delete any browsing history and cookies that may be stored to prevent that information being used by an unauthorised user.

10.   How long do we keep your information

The type of data held by the company on your behalf has been reviewed and other procedures define the length of time it is retained. The length of time it is retained is assessed by its sensitivity.
