The Apollo series of cases have been designed to provide a rugged functional but simple enclosure for desk top and wall mounted applications. The cases use a simple clip together assembly technique that enables fast assembly and includes some unique features that provide alternative front panel positions and a durable finish.

The top and base sections clip together, without the use of screws, to provide the basic construction. The two heights and two widths combine in various configurations to provide six case sizes. The cases, incorporate vertical slots for PCB mounting and a grid system is moulded into the case to enable accurate positioning of horizontal guide to enable the cases to be used for boards in the horizontal plane also. The plastic front and rear panels can be fitted in a recessed, flush or projecting position according to individual preference or requirements. An aluminium and plastic panel is supplied with sizes 1, 2, 4 and 5. Two aluminium panels are supplied with sizes 3 and 6.

The cases have been designed to be used as a desk top or as a wall mounted unit. Located in the shell mouldings are two pre-set drilling points specifically designed to cater for wall mounting applications. A pilot hole is incorporated at these points to act as an accurate centre drill point . The illustration elsewhere on this page gives the relevant dimensions.

The cases are available in combinations of light grey with mid grey and are supplied with four self-adhesive non-slip feet for fixing to the base and four self-adhesive PCB mounting clips are also provided for universal mounting of circuit boards.
