Acquisition of APW Ltd.'s (UK) Plastic Moulding Division and associated product lines
Vero Technologies Ltd is curently in negotiations with APW Ltd. to acquire the Plastic box range of products and the Moulding Division located near Southampton.
It is expected that this will be concluded soon and that manufacturing at the plant will re-commence early March 07.
